SATOSHI / COLLEGE STUDENT
Satoshi has a subscription to TOTEM's "basic service" package. This allows him to have a full TOTEM identity profile with unlimited avatars, subscription to 25 channels, create 3 FOLIOs, and one free (with a small commission on future earnings) TOTEM graph optimization per month. His monthly income from his various activities in the TOTEM system easily covers the cost of the service package.
He mainly uses the TOTEM CHAT interface as his go-to chat service and is subscribed to a variety of different channels:

Curapersona Solve your Skin (he has Acne and uses the channel to find treatment and product recommendations. This channel features sponsored ads and profits made from ads and purchases are shared with channel subscribers)

These channels deliver information directly into his T-CHAT groups and inform the bots and oracles how to populate his recommendation space based on his TOTEM identity and chat history. He receives frequent decision support about potential new TOTEM CARD artifacts that are missing from the TOTEM Graph and other opportunities where his past activities, expertise, and experience could be valuable.
Through his TOTEM he has access to the network of identities, and TOTEM CARD allows him to continuously expand his information space as well as find and offer opportunities to others who are aligned with his interests.

JENNY / DATA SCIENTIST
Jenny works as a freelance data scientist for a consulting company and several NGOs specialized in the analysis of environmental data. She is subscribed to a "small business" package. This allows her to have a full TOTEM identity with, 100 FOLIO channel subscriptions, unlimited avatars, and 10 FOLIOs and one full TOTEM optimization per month, and one basic DKR optimization per FOLIO per month.
Jenny is considered a prosumer and uses all of TOTEM as her primary source of income and her primary interface for communication and exchange.
Jenny created the FOLIO "Data Jamz" which she uses to post her proprietary solutions to specific kinds of data science services, as well as offering people to solicit solutions to their problems where she and her cohort of FOLIO members crowdsource solutions and share the proceeds.
TOTEM CHAT interface allows Jenny to program her bots and oracles to connect her with prospective clients by scraping social media for the types of queries she has solutions for. At the same time, she can use her "Data Jamz" T-CHAT group as her primary client uptake where their conversations are immediately given the proper solution space context.
Jenny can program her TOTEM to continuously search the TOTEM META Graph for opportunities to both provide services as well as improve her offering by connecting with aligned individuals and groups. TOTEM's CoGov agreements manager allows for fast and easy cooperation between anyone looking to work together.
Jenny makes good use of her Influence and Reputation tokens to continuously improve her standing as well as give her network of data scientists and relevant service providers a leg up inside TOTEM by staking her Reputation and Influence on their behalf (this is a bit like offering a letter of reference but with teeth).
People looking for Data Science services can find Jenny and her FOLIO by simple search query in T-CHAT or via serendipitous discovery while discussing a problem for which Jenny may have a solution. This is called contextual decision support, and information is delivered into the flow of conversation in real-time. Magic!

GREASE / INNOVATION CONSULTING
Grease is an Innovation Lab Consulting company running out of TOTEM. They help companies create modular innovation groups, where each group participant has a TOTEM digital identity avatar set up for an innovation lab, specifying expertise, experience, preferences, goals, and concerns, which bots and oracles then use to create the context for each person concerning the active innovation spaces.
Grease's main value is offering innovation labs created for specific industries and problem spaces that help their client organizations innovate and troubleshoot from within.
They are subscribed to an "Enterprise Package" which TOTEM is ongoingly developing together with Grease to adapt to their evolving business practices. This includes smart contract design, ontology design, and knowledge graph design services. The TOTEM collective intelligence marketplace makes it possible for an enterprise to market their solution space as well as their data repositories.
As one part of this service, TOTEM and Grease have built a collective intelligence gamified betting market that allows for the anonymous crowdsourcing of sentiment around specific ideas and solutions, recorded on TOTEM CARD cards, without compromising the integrity of the solution space through competitive jockeying for a position within specific Innovation Labs.
Lab participants are given tokens with which to weigh the value of specific ideas, concepts, and solutions and work towards consensus in a global solution registry inside TOTEM FOLIO. Individuals can audit their token scores to see how they are performing in the Innovation space and how their ideas and bets are performing across the enterprise.
TOTEM CHAT is the central interaction space, where guided and/or impromptu labs take place and where the Chatbots feed cards into the conversations from the DKR channels relating to the groups' purpose. The cards are discussed and evaluated to create generative sequences around which a brief is created and then a final snapshot is taken in the form of a final Meta card on which everyone votes anonymously and stakes their token on whether they believe this solution is valuable or not, is a candidate for replacing a current solution, or even becoming a new source of value for the organization.
